great stay but minor improvements needed
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable featuring both a bath and shower which made it very relaxing The mini fridge and kettle with complimentary drinks were a nice touch This hotel boasts several amenities like pools and a beer garden that made for an enjoyable stay
One downside was the crowded areas around the pools which could've been better monitored

The pool was fantastic for our kids, and we even got to try some amazing local food nearby. Staying with my son's family, we definitely made some great memories here.
In my wife’s opinion, the family room could use a bit of modernization for comfort.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially considering the spacious suite that provided a lovely sitting area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Plus, having a refreshing pool was a nice bonus to unwind in during the hot days. However, the bed could've been a bit more comfortable, and the curtains were rather dark, which made it feel a bit stuffy in the mornings.

AC in the room struggled to keep cool. Fantastic service when I forgot my hairbrush. Good poolside snack bar. The location is decent, but could be better for eateries.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a huge spread that included freshly made omelettes and delicious Thai food. The only drawback was the long check-in process. Still, overall a great stay! 😊

missingWrote a review on 28 Mayluxurious viewmultiple poolsrelaxation amenitiestired decor
The executive suite features stunning views of the city skyline, creating an atmosphere that feels luxurious. Amenities like the spa and multiple pools enhance relaxation between excursions.
While the suite has potential, it suffers from tired decor and insufficient electrical outlets. Many guests experienced slow response times for room service, and key cards malfunctioned, leading to frustrating moments stranded outside rooms. The checkout process was chaotic and poorly managed, requiring guests to queue, which feels counter to the expectations of a hotel aiming for luxury.
